Our bread and butter is WordPress. It’s what we started with and what we design on and support for most of our clients. However, there are a number of great content management systems out there, and we select the right system for the client and the client’s needs. Some other CMS’ we build on and support are: Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, and MightyNetwork. We also support WordPress functional enhancements like: Toolset, WooCommerce, and BuddyBoss to name just a few.

We handle your projects directly and even though operationally we keep things lean and mean, we do have team members that work on different aspects of your projects. We have locations in Rhode Island, Florida, Massachusetts, New York, Illinois, and Costa Rica.

Your project and/or campaign(s) start as soon as you sign on the dotted line and payment is received. From then on it is constant updates, communication, and forward progress.

This all depends on the complexity of your project. We can expedite your website and other design/development projects if we have the capacity and you’re ready. We usually find projects start to slow down when we wait on feedback from our clients.

Your project deadlines will most likely be extended. Sometimes we can make up the lost time, but if there are too many delays, your project will most likely get pushed.

This all depends on what you are hiring us to do. If you have content, graphics, and a branding kit already in place, then we’ll need you to share those with us. First, contact us. We’ll set up a call to review your project, understand your goals, and evaluate solutions. Next is a proposal. Once that is signed and your deposit is received, we get started.

All projects are different and so are their costs. We customize all work around your specific needs, so every client investment will be different and unique to their requirements.

You can pay via check, credit card, ACH, PayPal, and maybe event crypto (we’re working on this). Projects usually are split into 2 or 3 payments depending on size, and ongoing support or marketing can be paid monthly or annually.
